When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man later identified as 64-year-old William H. Caslin inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say the victim was pronounced dead at 6:19 am on Thursday.
Police say two males, who may have been involved in the shooting, were seen running from the area.
No suspect has been identified. Police continue to investigate the shooting.
