According to the government, they conspired with a third defendant identified in the criminal complaint, Jesus Perez Alvear, a 37-year-old music promoter from Morelos who owns diamond ballistics, better known as Premier Ticket.
Pérez Alvear, who is thought to be in Mexico, promoted Del Entertainment performances in Mexico until March 2019.
Under the Kingpin Act, this guy and his corporation are designated as “Specially Designated Drug Traffickers,” making it illegal for Americans to conduct business with them.

According to a source, Angel Del Villar, 53, was charged and freed on a $100,000 bail, while Scalisi was released on a $35,000 bond. As a result, the arraignment date has been set for July 20.
That performer played in a Pérez Alvear-organized music performance on April 28, 2018. According to the indictment, Del Villar’s credit card was used to pay for a private jet that transported him from the Van Nuys airport to a performance in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
In 2018 and 2019, the artist appeared at four additional Pérez Alvear-sponsored performances in Mexicali, Salamanca, Chiapas, and San José Iturbide.
This interpreter allegedly operated “at the direction or with the knowledge of Del Villar, Scalisi, and Pérez,” according to the FBI.
