The court issued Todd Dulaney an arrest warrant on August 7 of the same year, with a $3000 bond. He was charged with disorderly behavior, a class C misdemeanor that carries a maximum fine of $1,500 and a possible sentence of 30 days in jail.
He held a Facebook live to explain his actions and give his side of the story to his admirers as the news of his crime spread online. After the arrest warrant was issued against him, he turned himself in and cooperated with the police throughout the investigation.
Todd detailed the situation, saying a stranger pushed his way in as he was transacting business. Due to the possibility of Todd deleting the video after making his point in front of his fans, it is not available on Facebook.
