Sidney Wolf Obituary, Death Cause: On Tuesday, July 26, Delaware State Police identified the Maryland man who was struck and killed after Lyft driver kicked him out on a Delaware highway early on Sunday as 43-year-old Sidney Wolf of Clarksburg.
Wolf was a staffer for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
The crash happened at approximately 2 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Route 1 near Anchor Way in Dewey Beach, Delaware.
According to authorities, Wolf and other five people had ordered a Lyft ride from Dewey Beach to Bethany Beach when they had an argument with the driver.
