Meme Boys Web Series Plot
There are numerous references to Tamil popular culture in this odd comedy-drama. Four college students are being held by police in this online series as the other students on campus keep quiet. The trailer’s opening scene is similar to Vijay’s role in the 2017 action movie Mersal. Similar to Rajinikanth’s infamous Sivaji introduction scene, the Meme Boys’ primary characters are introduced by claiming that they were detained for spreading memes for the benefit of the country.

SonyLIV has already posted a trailer announcing its next series, which includes Meme Boys, on YouTube. Here is the five-minute video that the platform used to reveal its next projects. On July 22, 2022, the online series will be ready for streaming. Shamshera, starring Ranbir Kapoor, will open in theatres the same day. Recently, popular shows including Scam 1992, Maharani, Rocket Boys, Tabbar, and Avrodh have been broadcast on SonyLIV.

The offbeat comedy-drama with a heavy dose of Tamil pop culture references is teased in the one-minute, forty-second video. The opening scene of the video shows four college students being held by police as on-campus students watch in silence.
